「The staff was very friendly and there when you needed them. On the day we checked out the elevator was out so we had to carry our stuff down from the 3rd floor, which was fine. They were working on it when we left at 6 am. It was very convenient to the base, took us around 5 minutes to get there. 」

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. 「We booked at the last moment, and the room we were assigned was ready for us and clean. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful all time. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a nice area of town, close to many food options and not too far from Fort Benning. If we come to Columbus again, we will definitely book here again ☺️. 」
