「Room was modern but the bathroom was clogged and the water wasn’t drained. We almost can’t take shower that night. Front desk was closed between 11pm to 1pm so no help provided during this period. 」

「The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! 」

「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」

「I don’t usually rate the hotels I’ve stayed in because I’ve generally always been satisfied. Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me.
