「Amazing place 」

「Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, Personal freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr Haustier freundlich. Zwei Näpfe und Hundedecke am Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist Abends nur auf Vorbestellung geöffnet. Sollte man beachten. Das System mit dem Schlüsselkasten für Ankünfte nach 20:00 Uhr funktionierte sehr gut. Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die weitere Umgebung ist für das Wandern mit Hund wirklich schön. Komme gerne wieder! 」

「An sich ein schönes, vergleichsweise kleines Hotel von Familie für Familien. Unserer Tochter hat es super gut gefallen, vor allem der Poolbereich und die Kinderbetreuung bei Andi. Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. 「Wir waren für eine Übernachtung hier und können uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Vom ersten Moment an war allea positiv. Die Besitzerin ist mit vollem Herz dabei, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! 」

We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. 「Die folgende Bewertung schildert unsere Meinung von dieser Unterkunft.(Meinungen sind unterschiedlich) Die Pension Hofer liegt sehr ruhig in Bad Berneck. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das einchecken verlief sehr zügig. Unser Zimmer im 2 Stock war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne viel Extras. Es war eben ein Pensions Zimmer, kein Hotel. Das Bad war sehr dunkel, und klein. Die Dusche war nur sehr schwer zu verlasen, da das Bad sehr eng ist. Das Frühstück am...
