「Everything about the room and property was great. The only part that wasn’t great was the paper thin walls. My partner child and I were woken up at 1am by our neighbors night activities. Unfortunately we were able to hear every single thing. It was as if their headboard was right up against the headboard where our daughter was sleeping. We knocked on the shared wall to try to get them to quiet down a little bit. You can also imagine the conversation we had to have with our 6 year old daughter.....

「We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice, updated, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot do outlets and USB ports which was very nice. The breakfast had fresh waffles (you make), eggs, sausages, English muffins, bread and mini muffins. There was coffee, juice, hot cocoa packets and teas for drinking. They also had cereal yogurt, and instant oatmeal packets. It was a very satisfying breakfast. We would stay here again if we are passing through this town.」

「There were roaches and the tub was dirty. Me and my partner stayed so I asked fi more towels And they said NO. The door lock was broken, cabinets dirty and fridge wasn't working good.」

I ask for raid or anything to take care of it. I was offered a new room on the same floor but that didn't seem like a helpful solution if there's an infestation.
