「There were no drawers to put your clothes in and the hanging rack was very small. This is a wedding venue so we had evening wear and we really could have used more space to hang clothes. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and we had a great time!」

「This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

「We had sewage grow into our bathroom from the upstairs room. Our toothbrushes and bathroom toiletries were splattered with literal poop. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When the maintenance came she advised us work was being performed in the room above us and she would wait u til we leave to continue.
