「The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance. There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

「Really solid experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, especially for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, great value and a comfortable stay and can snag free street parking on the weekends.」

「Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.」
