"Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. Not great when you are working, not getting in until 11pm and leaving at 6am. The landlady & landlord of the pub were very friendly & helpful, as myself and...

"Storage heater wouldn't switch off, even after switching it off at the mains. This was during a heatwave where it was 38° outside and the temperature inside the flat was approaching 50°. Host refused to respond, Hotels Agent wouldn't help either. We had to hang out in the Lobby, where there is air-conditioning. Host let himself into the flat without knocking or bothering to introduce himself, after several days of ignoring the issue, just to try and gaslight us about the temperature. They...

Top Worcestershire Hotel Reviews

Stanbrook Abbey

Stanbrook Abbey

10/10 Excellent
"Stunning hotel that used to be a convent & has been beautifully preserved. Loved that we were given a map at check in & invited to look around. We stayed in a suite which was roomy & comfortable. Breakfast excellent. We stayed midweek & it was very quiet. The rooms were warm, great curtains to block out the cold & a lovely warm bathroom & shower. Plenty of parking & beautiful grounds. Very convenient for visiting Malvern & the Morgan Factory which was why we were there."
