「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「The staff here made the stay warm and welcoming. I felt like I personally knew the front desk team. The chef was amazing at answering my custom request. The cleaning staff at breakfast made the Atrium comfortable. I actually extended my stay because I enjoyed the hotel so much and that only can happen when a team is amazing like this.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「I arrived at almost 4 am after a long day at the hospital—my mom had surgery, & I just needed a few hours of real rest before heading back. Hotels.com and the front desk staff made it super easy to check in way before the normal 3 p.m. time, no hassle at all. The room was spotless, bed was so comfortable, and it honestly felt like heaven after trying to sleep upright in those awful hospital chairs. Exactly what I needed when I needed it.」
