「We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.」

「I normally never write reviews but my experience here was so poor I have to say something. Showing up, I felt unsafe. On room had a window that looked into the hallway only, there was nothing but overhead lights, no lamps at all. Nothing on the walls and cinderblock walls. That aside, all night long we heard loud voices, doors slamming and there was absolutely no way we could sleep at all. We were up all night listening to all of the noise. 「We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences.」
