整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。

Everything about this property was amazing! Friendly staff, clean bright rooms. Right on the ocean and a harbor on the other side. We came off season so the coffee wagon was closed. They do have a Naspresso in the lobby as well as a quaint gift kiosk. Easy to get to restaurants and shops.

If you’re on this place you have to stay here! This hotel is exactly like the pictures (usually places are not). It’s so beautiful, perfect location, private beach (it’s rocky, but there’s beaches all over you can go to that aren’t). It’s so pretty to watch the boats come in and out and the ferry is walking distance to get to Martha’s Vineyard!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were immaculate, the location was incredible, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every part of our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they provide. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, do not pass this hotel up. It’s truly a hidden gem, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Falmouth, right on the water with breathtaking views. Super clean and updated rooms. Things you need to know before booking: beach is super rocky so bring water shoes!!! Assigned parking for only one car. 12 minute walk to Falmouth town beach and food/ restaurants. Great coffee drinks and pastries at Little Blue but get there early, long line.

Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.

I couldn’t have loved this property more! My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. The location is PERFECT. The accommodations are stylish, clean and comfortable. The beach chairs, towels, umbrellas are all provided as part of your stay making a beach day easy and special. And the little coffee/ice cream truck is adorable! And served up a great cold brew and chocolate croissant. I had to buy a hat and tshirt as Momentos of a great and special getaway.

The location of the Tides is pretty phenomenal if you want water views and sleeping to the sound of the waves. I think the challenge comes in its proximity to the Falmouth Yacht Club and the lack of on-site management at night. During our 2-night stay the FYC was hosting a wedding. For both nights we had extraordinarily loud and rowdy guests who were up until all hours making a general nuisance of themselves (yelling, screech-singing, walking through screen doors, slamming doors, etc.) I called down to the front desk but since there is no management on-site I just got an answering machine and there was no one there to hear the chaos for themselves. I ended up having to plead with my fellow guests to keep it down but given their inebriated state it was ineffective to say the least. For the amount we spent, sleeping would have been a nice thing. The roof deck is spectacular. Such a pity.

Location is fantastic. The beach view is second to none as you're literally 1 step from the beach and 15 feet from the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be newly remodeled. Only negatives are there was no kitchenware in the kitchenette. No plates forks spoons or knives. Tile floor always felt wet and slippery and a little slimy probably due to salty ocean air. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
