What incredible surprise this place was it truly has the spirit of the vineyard that I know and love. There’s a communal kitchen and the people who stay at this place are truly exceptional, intelligent people the kind of people you’d love to meet on vacation. Highly recommended there are stairs, so pack lightly.

The property manager, Spencer is difficult to work with. His service was inconsistent at best. He wasn't nice to some guests and created charges that were not posted on the website. The beach was rocky and messy and bandages were found in the sand. I won't be returning to this property.

The amenities are minimal and low-frills - so it feels a bit like camping. There’s no pool and no gym, though you could pay for one at the hotel across the street. There was no coffee-maker in the room, though there is a kitchen where you can make your own food, and a barbecue area. The staff, when they were there, was nice. The front desk is not manned in the evenings.

I had a very nice stay at this resort. My room was clean and everything in the room and the amenities of the room were just as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I loved that the resort was close to the ferry and centrally located to many restaurants, ice cream shops and stores. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities but it was nice to know that it was there if I needed it.

It had two small beds which covered up the limited amount of power sockets. The front desks closes at 1730 hours which was not listed on the website when I booked it. The room was very small for the price. The island has a free bus service that you can use instead of taking a taxi.

Fantastic Location

The staff at Harbor Landing Resort was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing! It is very close to the ferry as well as bike rental, shops and restaurants.

The place was clean. Staff wonderful. Amenities fabulous. Beds really need to be changed felt like I was sleeping on a swayback horse. AC was so VERY LOUD and woke me everytime it clicked back on. Time to rip the wall to wall carpets out. I don't know who caulked the bathroom tub ( there was some sort of tape to hide instead the caulk that may or maynot have been underneath) and although it is somewhat ingenious to use a tub faucet for a shower spicket with a head screwed on, it is rediculous for a hotel who charges 300 per night! Fix it right and change the beds.
