"The sauna was closed. The paint is peeling in the pool area. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not. The first night was good. The hot breakfast is nice. The building is accessible from the front or back parking lot. The check in was great we were able to upgrade our room with an ocean view, balcony and fireplace for our first 2 nights. We had to move to a standard room for our last night. We got in late, midnight, the 2nd night and there was no parking. We have a 1 ton diesel with our utv in the bed. The worker on duty told us that we had to park on the street where I could not see my vehicle. I went down early the day we had to move rooms in hopes that our room for that night was available instead of waiting until 4:00. I let the lady at the desk know that we had to park on the street. She stated that we should have been directed to park next to the pool building. Luckily she was able to get us a room to move our stuff to. I didn't get her name but she was top notch. She went way above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay there again. For the minimal inconveniences, it is well worth the stay."

"The hotel is very lovely! They’ve renovated very well and it’s come A LONG WAY from what it was prior to renovation and rebranding. I will absolutely go back to stay again. It’s very family friendly, the pool is perfectly heated and there are fun outdoor games and equipment you can check out which is helpful and fun. The daily free cookies in the lobby also don’t hurt! The breakfast was quite good as well. I only have a few notes. The chairs in our room were pretty worn and beat up, they also squeaked quite loudly when getting up or down, so it was a bit hard to have a place to relax while our kids were sleeping. The stairs/walkway down to the beach also really needs an upgrade. The stairs are pretty old and falling apart. So, they’re uneven a bit dangerous for anyone with any mobility concerns and/or little kids. My daughter ended up falling and hurting herself, as she got caught on an uneven step with her shoe. If those were upgraded, this place would be completely top notch. I will still recommend it to others and absolutely come back. The hotel is conveniently located, it’s right in the beach and the views are STUNNING!"
