"This property is tidy but not clean. It’s treated like an extended stay. The front desk staff are unprofessional. Mainly the young man with the locs. I can’t remember his name. "Manager and staff were friendly enough..I made the reservation and paid in full on hotels.com; I was told the room I reserved was not available and they wanted a card authorization of $50 for ' incidentals"; I wasnt necessarily troubled by that but if you pre paid this might be an un invited problem..Where I DO have a problem with this is that later when i went to the lobby for snacks for the kids-- they wouldnt charge it to the room-- you had to swipe your card again. What was the incidental charge for? I dont like someone attempting to get over on me."
