「This is an excellent cost effective hotel. The owners are new. They are making improvements. My room was refinished with nice tile floor, new firm bed, clean sheets and bedspread. The landscaping was redone. They are still working on renovations of some parts of the hotel. I recommend this for a good cost effective spot in Milton. Easy walk to the Thursday farmers market and some good restaurants.」

「Check in was at 3:00 pm upon our arrival at 4:20 our room was not ready. Bridgit who was extremely rude, stated she was fighting with house keeping, and told me to come back. I asked if she ran my credit card and she stated she had. I asked if I could be compensated for the inconvenience, she laughed at me and said she couldn't do that to wait for room. 「Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.」

「Run and stay away from this place. Walking in you could immediately smell mildew. Upon inspection there were several mold spots through out the room. We also found dog feces under the desk, human hair on the bed, crumbling plaster on the ceiling and walls, mold on the air vents. It was disgusting. And only gave a 20% discount when told about the problems the next day.」

「If you book for more than one night they do not service your room. Bed won’t be made, no towels, no coffee given. This has happened to me twice so no accident. I went to the desk about it and they were not willing to make any amends. Their breakfast is always nice.」

「Excellent and very clean property. My only issue was finding front desk staff. It was hit or miss whether or not anyone would be around. We wanted to buy some items amd we waited so we could pay and after about 15 to 20 minutes, we gave up. The room was excellent and the breakfast was spot on.」
