「The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities.」

「I am writing this review so that other families are not deceived and are aware of what they are purchasing when they stay at this motel. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have been trusted them, however this visit has tainted the name for me. The photos online are a bit deceiving and do not show an accurate representation of what the rooms look like. I stayed here 6/23/26. I arrived late and upon arrival I saw several families arriving and leaving so I assumed couple with that and...

「Stayed 5 nights, upon booking 6 weeks previous, connecting rooms were requested, a request listed on website as one available. Not only were our rooms NOT connecting, they were on opposite ends of the “hall”. rooms were never serviced or even freshened. No one extra blankets given after requested. Had to track down room service just for clean towels. Rooms never swept(sand everywhere) or trash collected. Staff was consistently rude. Over all terrible experience. Not worth the $1500 AT ALL」

「Not a terrible property but way over priced for what you get. It’s super old and out dated, rooms are tiny. The pet area was good. We ended up with the last room available and it was right next to the bar, super loud, didn’t sleep until bar closed, they should probably not rent the rooms on the end at all! It was a last min pick for us and we only booked for one night thank goodness, so I don’t want to talk too bad but we won’t stay there again.」

「I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility.」
