"I had a wonderful experience overall. However, the morose and non-hospitality-centric individual the front desk needs a severe reality check. Upon calling the property, interacting throughout the stay, and check-out, the 'guest services' individual lacked empathy, understanding, and conflict management. He/She/They certainly tarnished a great time, especially when attempting to retrieve an incidentals receipt which is not furnished from the third-party booking."

It would be nice to have freshly brewed coffee but the coffee was also good. Clean room, good food, and excellent staff…. I would most definitely recommend Best Western Shadow Inn for a short or long stay."
