Internet is an absolute MUST, and this hotel FAILED MISERABLY. The front desk's idea of helping is to provide the number for tech support. I spent an HOUR on the phone with tech support for an issue that NEVER should have happened - login failure due to last name / room number not matching their records at login. Most of my time on the phone was spent on hold, and they had to manually enter the IP address and MAC address for every device I wanted to connect. There was clearly something wrong at their end, and they admitted that it was not an isolated incident, yet their first suggestion was for me to try a different browser...ridiculous!. I will NEVER stay at ANY IHG property again. You burned up an hour of my time, which is worth far more than I paid for the room. Not only should my stay be free, but on top of that you OWE me money.
