「I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!」

「Stayed at this property as we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes 24/7. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Lots of choices to eat around the area. Got a great deal on Expedia for $50 CDN with 2 Queen sized beds. Excellent value at their regular prices, but exceptional value at that price. Would highly recommend.」

「I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged. At the last minute, we had to find our own hotel, which made me very nervous and disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do so」

「Our stay overall was fantastic. The breakfast was great with a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and bagels. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. One downside was the slow room service (we ended up not getting it by 2:30 PM). The front desk explained that it was a busy time due to a football game that weekend. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.」
