「We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. 「Wow. What an amazing place. My wife and I have travelled around the world extensively but we loved this place more than almost anywhere we’ve ever been to. We stayed for 3 nights and the place suited our need for a break. It was ultra clean. The staff were super helpful and took a personal interest in us and what we were doing. The views were stunning. 「We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!」

「We stayed at the property due to its close proximity to a wedding we were attending. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The thing that brought down our experience were the ants in our room. They were crawling on the bed and our clothing which was unsettling. While the staff tried to remedy it through cleaning, you’d still wake up with them in the bed. 」
