"We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "The Grande Roche is a wonderful place with such kind, happy and thoughtful management and staff. In particular thank you to Marchello, Denai and Veena for making my stay so comfortable - you are wonderful people! The whole vibe is very chilled and friendly. The views out onto the grounds and vineyards are stunning - the landscaping and gardening give a sense of luxury and connection with nature. I really loved the sense of calm. The room was beautful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of cooked to order choices, and I will miss dining next to the fire in the evenings - the chef was amazing! Thank you to all the staff at Grande Roche - keep up the amazing work!"
