Loved it
Went with my mom for a trip to see a family member who had surgery and we stayed here. Absolutely nice place very friendly staff. They helped with everything we needed and im not just saying that to say it. Room was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Will come back again

I look forward to going back in the summer to enjoy the pool and Lake Wentworth beach. The staff are very nice and clearly enjoy working there. It’s an older motel but my room was updated and for the price it was just fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Wentworth Inn. The room was very clean and newly updated. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to go and places to eat. My husband and I also enjoyed the proximity to the Rail Trail, which gave us a beautiful, scenic walk into town. We definitely will be back in the future.

My happy place
My 3 friends, 3 dogs & i stayed for 3 nites/4 days & had a wonderful stay. We visited the 'tank museum' & Castle in the Clouds which were very close by & took many walks with our pups on the trails. 2 nites we enjoyed the fire pit and invited other visitors for beers & conversation. One nite we used the grill for burgers & hotdogs. Everyone from staff to vacationers were wonderful!! We are repeat visitors & will be returning for a long Thanksgiving weekend. 😀

I really liked this place. Old school style inn but not run down or dirty. Charming. A shortish walk behind it is a lake beach and also a nature trail. Take the trail towards town and you will not be disappointed by the views of the lake. They have a happy hour with free drinks and cheese and crackers. Little back porch on all the rooms. If you visit Wolfeboro stay here.

What a gem!! For those of us traveling on a budget, Lake Wentworth Inn is proof that you can still find clean, comfortable lodging in a friendly, inviting atmosphere, if you look hard enough! For a very reasonable price we got an adorably comfortable room supplied with all of the usual amenities and the addition of a tiny "back porch" complete with Adirondack chairs! Everything about the inn seems to be designed to provide opportunities for guests to enjoy their stay, including a pool table, foosball table, a communal sitting area with board games and even a little reading nook! While this modest inn may not be what some consider "luxurious"...to us, Lake Wentworth Inn was just what we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. The Inn is just a small walk to the walking/bike trail and to the Albee Beach. Enjoyed our trip.

My only complaint about the property was the water temperature issues we experienced in the shower. We were at one moment being scalded with hot water and then were freezing from cold water the next moment. This occurred from the slightest move of the temperature dial

We checked in at 3:30 and left at 5:30 am the next stay so very short stay. Quiet, recently renovated room. No issues - only one might be that it is a one floor motel and there were cars in front of our room and we initially had to park a number od spaces away in front of another room's door - our spot was open when we returned form the wedding.

When I checked in I was told that Expedia did not know where to put me, so I was put in a handicapped room. The bed was very low to the floor. I asked if I could be moved and I was told that they were full, however their vacancy sign was posted. I will never use Expedia again.

Such an AMAZING stay at the Lake Wentworth Inn! My pup and I had just driven across the country from San Diego and we needed a place to just rest for a few days. We hit the JACKPOT with this place! The room was immaculate, the property is absolutely gorgeous (they even have a chicken coop that's named "Lake Henworth Inn, haha!), the pool was refreshing, and if you forgot anything or just like shopping around, there is quite a lot right down the road! Also, if you stay more than a couple days, you get a beach pass and there are hiking trails scattered throughout the area. I just absolutely cannot recommend The Wentworth Inn enough!

Perfect getaway
Very nice place to stay. Very neat and clean. Nice little deck with chairs outside our rooms. Pool and outdoor seating were great. Lovely beach on Lake Wentworth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
