Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this, but it is not explained at front desk. Full elevator thought they were stuck multiple times because of this."
