"I wanted to check in and had to wait till the check in clerks were done with their break before I could check in. Both were on break together. The rooms were ok, the ac kept shutting off. Then one of the bathrooms shower was so low you couldn’t wash your hair unless you were 5.2. The drain in one of the bathrooms showers filled up and wouldn’t drain."

"All different staff was pleasant and great, but the property was missing proper building care such as a deadbolt that did not work, and a A/C that was noisy."

"Last time staying. The only pro is the building is well constructed. You don't hear your neighbor on other floors. I don't know if it was just my party. Staff wasn't friendly at all, nothing wasn't explain. It was like here there you go. No bands, no activities, nothing about the stay. The room was dirty this time around, had to clean it. Never again. I couldnt be refunded so i had to deal with it."

"AC was nonexistent in our first room before being moved. Second room had mold all around the tub and shower. Huge gaps around the door frame. Quiet area though and the staff member who checked us in and changed our room was great and professional."
