Security knocked on my door at 23.55 as the room next door had complained about noise. It was just talking, no TV or music. You are supposed to be an international hotel, a curfew at midnight is not what I am looking for.

Great location for walking to T2 & T3. Professional & courteous staff. Victorina at check in was very helpful. Clean rooms. Easy access to Elizabeth Line and Tube as well.
