「Arrived to discover the entire town would be without water starting at 7:00 a.m. the morning after we checked in. The information was written on a small piece of paper at the front desk. We were not verbally advised of this change by the receptionist. Once discussed it was a kind of a shoulder shrug from the front desk and that was it! This meant that we could not enjoy our stay at all. The hot tub is a bit of a joke and you had to reserve time (limited to 30 minutes). No elevator and no offer...

「severe clog sink. out of maintain building. dirty carpet. deadbugs on ceiling. dirty coffee pot and hairs everywhere. Apparently downstair rooms are remodeled but we got upstair. so depends on luck. I supposed downstair would be nicer. No staff. We were very confused for a long moment. You need to message the hotel to get room and code to get in.」

「It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe.」

「Location was convenient on Hwy 97. The staff was accommodating when a ground floor room was requested. The breakfast was good.」

「was not comfortable with the surroundings when we pulled into park. was not comfortable leaving the car outside in that area so actually we didn’t even go into the hotel to claim a refund. We just moved to busier part of town with more businesses and restaurants in the area. Was more of a work crew type property. Just not comfortable as a senior travelling with my wife. Not happy with how Expedia represented the hotel either.」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room only had a night stand on one side of the bed, it would have been nice to have one on both sides. thank you very much, next time we come to Twisp we will stay with you!」
