Colonial Creek Campground - Stehekin Valley Trail Tours

They over sold the property due to a large concert within walking distance. My family tried to check in 3 different times, and each time told almost ready almost ready. We checked our bags in and went to get lunch, still not ready when we got back. We got our luggage so we could change for the concert. The room was still not ready and we said we would not be back until 11:30/midnight. We were told no worries at all as long as we checked in by 2am. We get back to check to find out that they had sold our room as they had over booked. We then had to get our luggage and move to another hotel. This is beyond unacceptable and a very poor experience for the families this was done too. We were not the only ones we were with 4-5 other who also had their rooms sold.
