"Great location! Close to public transportation. Room with queen bed and two bunk twins was very nice and worked well for us. We called ahead and they were able to check us in a little early which allowed us to enjoy the art fair. Good breakfast. Would stay again if ever in Cambridge!"

"We loved staying at the Salem Inn! The room was unique and beautiful and it is in a great central location (basically right across from the Witch House). The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor, but they do have a dumbwaiter to bring your luggage up for you. We had an excellent breakfast included as well. "My husband and I stayed here overnight after a show at Soundcheck Studios. Very clean. Right on the water. Nice area to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Also some cute shops around. We were there in February so it was a little chilly outside but nice area to walk around. They have an outside patio you can sit on in the warmer weather. "

"This was a lovely place, close to Rt9, but seemed so far away! Our suite on the top floor was very clean and comfy, though tall people might beware of the dormer roof in the bathroom. A great spread for the continental breakfast in the dining room. And there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive."

It is carefully decorated with antiques capturing the history of time and a touch of items from all parts of world. On my desk was a little chest from China. It is such a thoughtful touch. The hotel walls hang many of Pat and her husband paintings. They captured the countryside of France with vivid colors and refined strokes. "We had a wonderful 1 week stay at the Old Corner Inn! We loved the location. It was less then 2 hours to the train and had great parking! The innkeeper Mike was so friendly and wonderful! He helped us plan our excursions! He went out of his way to make sure our trip was wonderful and special"

"It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner personally serves her customers and makes them feel at home. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was family style; my scrambled eggs were delicious. However the breakfast cost was extra. Also, I didn't have a bathroom in my room, but using the shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all. The area around the hotel is all residential, but you can easily walk to restaurants, transportation, or enjoy the nature near the Boston Reservoir....

"It was the perfect place to watch the Boston Marathon. We had to walk only a block to the race course. Elite runners come by around 10:30am. Catch all your running friends at the half way point, near mile 14.8 from the start. Walk across the street to the Wellesley Hills train station and catch the train to see your friends cross the finish line. Breakfast before the race was to die for, Baked french toast with apples and cranberries. Very comfortable king size bed. We will be back...
