What recourse do we have? The manager was belligerent and our conversation was heated, and he called the police. Refused to cooperate with us. Nothing happened with the police but he got away with our money. This is criminal!」

Everything is done (BEGRUDGINGLY) over the phone which kept dropping the call.The person representing the hotel obviously resents his job which was clear when he would only keep asking if I received his texted instructions instead of just answering my questions. Very poor customer relations.」
