「Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel.」

「My room was clean and the sheets on the bed were clean. That's the nicest things I can say about my stay. The hotel is old and some decorative, cheap looking renovations had been done (tiled floor laminate, paint, etc). The mirror over the sink was broken and part of the bottom edge was missing. The hotel advertises "breakfast" which consisted of packaged honey buns and muffins, green bananas that were so hard I could have used them as hammers, tiny apples, oatmeal that came in pre-packaged...
