"Our room and bathroom were very clean and tidy ideal for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpfull We did not have breakfast so cant comment. Evening meals were very good and restraunt was clean and tidy"

"The Z hotel in Bath, is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great quality food and drink. Great selection given for the breakfast buffet Great value. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of town. Very quiet hotel, room was small but contained all that one needs. Although, if you like to read in bed, the lighting is adequate but not great as there is no bedside lighting. Also, no lighting over the bathroom mirror . If you like to wear makeup you may find this challenging. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend ."

"Bed was too firm but the room itself was very clean and inviting. Fault with the TV meant I could watch it for about an hour and a half and when I called reception to report it, no answer. Also there was no clear indication of where the EV charge points were until after I had parked in the nearby NCP and enquired upon checking in. The staff and food were good"

"Loved every moment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting within the grounds, and well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I needed a few more Vegetarian options...not Vegan...on the menu, however, I was able to find something. Nevertheless, I would go back to this lovely hotel, with a short drive into the City Centre."
