"Room was nice. Staff was excellent. It was the first room from the reception desk making it louder than normal and the doors were very very loud when clasping shut. Every time our “neighbors” went in or out, we were awakened. Breakfast was hearty but no pastries were available."

"I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day of my trip. The hotel staff told me to contact Expedia to receive a refund. I asked to get written conformation this happened to me and all they gave me was $30 free play coins. When I call Expedia, they gave me $75 credit with them. Now Expedia claims they aren't able to contact the hotel, and the hotel claims they haven't heard from Expedia. Honestly, I hate complaining and I didn't know what to do. The housekeeper took the dead bug, and the lobby person said Expedia would handle the refund. I didn't ask for it I was offered it and now I'm being given the run around. The sad part was I loved my trip. I understand things like this happen and it's beyond the hotels control. I'm sure they're going to take care of it. However, what's not be handled properly is my treatment in this matter."

"The breakfast was good. But they didn’t serve the hot food until 6:30 am so we didn’t get to try it. We had to leave at 6am. "

"Great value. Room and hotel are clean and look fairly new. Hotel is just off the highway but we didn’t hear any noise. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and other items. Seems better than a two star hotel. "

"Staff is friendly. Breakfast is a good perk. It is half the price of the hotel a few blocks away. However, the rooms are getting dated, they lack useful furniture for the space allotted, and currently the pool and fitness rooms are closed. I’d prefer they handled the rooms before fitness (never used) and pool (low priority). I will stay there again, though, for the overall value and cost."
