"We had a great, short (in terms of hours) stay, due to a late afternoon check-in and early morning departure. The staff was very helpful and friendly, checked with us periodically, and we were very pleased with the room. Our requests in booking the room were met. We would certainly stay again."

"Great building, and dtn location.... I was overcharged on my final invoice and couldn't get anyone to return a call for days. Then magically i was partially refunded but a debate occurred because i was looking for the all of the $15 daily amenities that were NOT accounted for on my "final" invoice. I had fortunately taken pics of my invoices from the bar which were put on my rooms tab, but oddly those invoices disappeared from my final invoice...(very strange accounting) I have a corrected final invoice, but a week later i have not been refunded. Refunding money owed to a client when over billed seems to be an issue beyond the The Heathman staff's current abilities.........."
