Had to be moved to another room, when we arrived do to the room being dirty. Upon getting into the second room, we notice that it was dirty as well. There was trash behind the beds and dried up pee on the towel. The Manger had to come up to change the bedding because it had hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was suppose to be cleaned every other day as indicated, but came back from a long day being out and room had not been cleaned. Contacted the Manger on duty and she indicated the they were short staffed, so the room couldn’t be cleaned. We then asked for towels and was denied because she indicated they didn’t have any clean towels on the property. She didn’t have any resolution to the problem. I had to suggest getting that she go to an empty room so me and my family could have clean towels for the night. It’s just ridiculous to be in an hotel for 3 nights and there was no room service or solutions to any problem. The next day we were told to follow up with Roy, General Manger on Monday. The staff are not able to solve problems themselves or following up with Manger during our stay.

The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout.

The hotel itself is new and in great shape. The chef for breakfast is very efficient. However the front desk and housekeeping are lacking. We waited 25 minutes at the counter to just check in. Once we got going, it was fine. But the day the housekeeper came, she only brought towels. Bed wasn’t made and only one trash was emptied. She must have spilled the other trash on the floor as there were egg shells all over the carpet from the hard boiled eggs we had from breakfast. She didn’t replace any of the toiletries and when we called the front desk to ask for some, the lady who answered asked me to come down and get it myself because she was busy. Two additional times we called or went down to the front desk and no one was anywhere to be found. Not the experience we were hoping for.

Love the area,nearby stores and beautiful trees.Staff was very nice especially Anissa at the front desk.We noticed right away our shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was empty and she went and got us full ones right away. The breakfast was nice and the girl in charge of it was friendly and kept everything filled. The check in was easy, and parking was good.Better pillows would have been nice other than that we had a great stay.

Breakfast was great. The 24 hr coffee bar guarantees Ill stay here again. The pool area was constantly out of towels. They were supposed to clean our room every other day, but only came once during our week stay when I went to the front desk for clean towels and TP. Otherwise the rooms are nice.

Pool was freezing!!! Pool tasted like a salt block and hot tub was the temperature of what you expected the pool to be. No pool towels. Room was ok. The internet didn’t work and the channel available we’re low. Would not recommend.

Yo reserve este hotel por que me gusta la Alberca y el jacuzzi y cuando tube la reservacion el jacuzzi no Servia . Y cuando entre ala alberca no avia toallas y le dijimos ala personal de hotel y trajeron las toallas como 10 o 15 minutos despues Luego en la mañana fui al desayuno y no habia comida y la pica que avia estába fria y luego le pregunte a una empleda del lugar que si podria traer mas comida y se molesto hizo Caras cuando le dije y luego el area donde está la comida estába muy sucio

Good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy with friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well kept. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and it was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, so we all slept well. Breakfast is included, which was a nice bonus. They had eggs, fruit, coffee, "make your own" waffles, and a few other options--simple but convenient before heading out. One negative: Did not want to use the pool and jacuzzi because interior surface needed a good scrubbing. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay in the Tigard area. I'd definitely stay here again.
