「This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room had a strong mildew smell that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in.
The “fitness center” was a joke. It was dark because the lights didn’t work properly, the treadmill barely functioned, and the free weights started at 15 pounds with no lighter options. Calling this a gym is a stretch.

「The breakfast crew was very rude and disrespectful. As soon as breakfast started and it was set out they went and stood right next to the food hands crossed starring at everyone's plates. They spoke Spanish to each other about how much food were on people's plates and saying rude things. I travel often and never had I ever experienced this.
