"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Manchester Marathon 2026 start area was a 2 min short walk. Big advantage avoiding morning crowded trams and last min access to room toilet :) Staff super helpful. Got me a nice quiet room facing the stadium where I could see the refreshing sight of runners gathering in the morning. Breakfast was not fancy but I found everything I care to eat. There a Tesco about 10min walk away. Uber to city center was 6£. Comfortable twin beds and kind bed ( tried both!) Very satisfying hot rain shower....
