「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」

「The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. 「Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. 」

「Everything about the property especially the staff are superb but its not appropriate not having even a single microwave and a fridge for customers use. Considering people with allergies or from different background would like to bring small portion of their food to refrigerate or warm prior eating. 「There are plenty of parking spaces but yet they are mostly full. If you plan to drive, better to have a contingency plan in case you cannot find a parking space. The breakfast is very good n the room is clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. 」
