The rooms were brand new and clean. In February 2026, it was too cold to use the pool, but it was well-maintained and lit with colored lights. Our stay was a 10/10.

Sleep Inn Wilmington near University
Shower head was broken. Told the manager. Found out my partner had the same problem in another room. They know. They aren’t making repairs.

Room was fine and clean. Walls are paper thin - could hear the next room’s alarm clock and a guy yawn. Mattress was very hard and springs squeaked when I rolled over. I heard everyone leave and let their heavy doors shut starting at 4:30am.
