"The room was not what I expected. I requested queen size bed and the room had a full sized one. I arrived first and didn’t feel comfortable by myself. Once my partner arrived we began spraying the room with Lysol. Pulled the sheets back and the comforter and sheets contained blood stains. The door had gaps in which things could crawl in. The adjoining room also had a big gap. The air/heater system had a light on to clean the filter. Since we have allergies we checked it and it was filthy. I mean filthy. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room which had crumbs in cradle the phone then said they are not available. I even tried using the link that was provided after check in which said used the link if you need anything. We ended up leaving and checking in to another hotel. 0/10. The manager has yet to contact me. "

"When I checked in the lady who was there wasn’t very welcoming, she might have been going through something as we all do. I check in and noticed a covered hole in the back of the jacuzzi and the bottom of the bathtub was damaged. Well the next morning April 9@ around 6:45we get up, go outside to smoke a cigarette. My husband and I walked back inside and picked some breakfast up from the dining room. We entered our room, and saw a daddy long leg spider in the jacuzzi. My husband put his food down on the table and I laid my sweater, jacket and scarf on the other end of the table.We bought chicken the night before and had the box on the table, my husband went to get a piece out so he can warm it up and the box was filled with ants, and we realized the whole table was filled with tiny ants. We immediately threw the chicken in the garbage can outside our hotel door(rm102)I immediately shook my clothes out and went to the front desk. A young lady told me to give her a few minutes and she will see what she can do. She came back with a spray bottle and a cloth. She proceeded to leave. At this point I’m completely grossed out, we were going to stay till 11am but couldn’t, just as soon as she left the ants was coming out all over the table. I went to the front desk to see if we can be placed in another room, we wasn’t able to shower and get ourselves ready for the day. I have a lot on video. Specifically the bugs. I asked to be moved to another room; but was told none were available."

"There was a nice refrigerator and freezer. There was also a stove. The gym looked good. The door was very solid. However you can hear when ever someone opens the door because it automatically slams shut. They have coffee when you leave. "
