"Hotel is nice, room was clean, and staff was pleasant. Indoor pool still freezing cold 1 year later after last visit and no access to hot tub. Hot tub was still taped off as it was in March 2025. "

"The first room we got at check-in smelled like cigarettes and the microwave didn’t work. We spoke with the receptionist and she upgraded our room since there were no more rooms available only suites and apologized to us for this. She was such a sweetheart and joked with us. I would stay again. "

When checking out a person was in front of me when they left the person said nothing to me, she was texting and I had to wait for her to finish before she said something.
