「The room was clean and their was beer cans that was forgotten. I reached out to the front desk and they came back and made sure the room was spotless. I always stay here with my family and this is the first time I ever had a small problem. Staff is always friendly towards my family and always with a smile. My son had a Santa letter to mail off and they helped him with that. So they always trying to make sure we are in our best comfort. 」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「The rooms and shared areas we clean, bright and inviting. The staff was pleasant, polite and eager to help(they went out to get my license plate). The pool area is under maintenance and we were made aware of that at the time of booking and also a few days prior to our arrival, it didn’t effect us but the information was great to know if we had booked for that reason. Always a great stay and we will be returning in the future.」
