「The place was great but my door to trailer did not lock propertl and the shower water never got hot.I told management. Other wise a cute place.!!」

「Our Room was updated, a/c worked well, and it was pretty quiet. The entire place was sold out,.and we had no issues at all. Convenient parking, etc. Coffee is in the main office, and there are grab and go items for breakfast. We were happy with our stay, price, and staff. 」

「Not the Ritz, but excellent value. Texas-friendly folks. Convenient location if you're visiting Johnson City. Includes a real, freshly made breakfast, not the usual cheap stuff. Pet friendly. Mid-century motel-modern architecture, but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.」

「The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby. 」

「Parking was great. Some screaming cats at nighttime were a surprise but not a big deal. Only serving breakfast on the weekend was a disappointing surprise as that was not mentioned on the travel webpage we chose the hotel from.」

「Room was super nice and very clean. The decor was quite pleasing. The communication was perfect. We drove in late to the property and the ease of locating our cabin was perfect. After loving the cabin from the beginning the comfort and quietness only added to the experience. The morning brought chirping birds and a cool breeze on the above cabin deck, accessible by a nice little spiral staircase. Excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Location is perfect ; just minutes away from downtown...

「Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!」
