"We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. It is obviously an older property and shows it age. Nonetheless, the interior courtyards are charming, the breakfast was good with hot and cold choices, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, our room was clean, and the location was close to a number of eateries. Plus it was easy to get to attractions from the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky. Luckily we aren’t restless sleepers or the frame would have been annoying. We would book here again."

"There was a minor bit of confusion at check in, but it was resolved quickly. Breakfast was good and plentiful, but the daily selections could be varied a bit. Coffee was sporadically weak, but when it was good it was quite good. Rooms need some upgrading, i.e. old toilet was quite low and sliding patio door was difficult to slide. Entry door to rooms should have a stopper attached....door is quite heavy and has a strong closer. Overall, we would stay there again."

"The 3 Palms is my go to hotel when I am visiting Tucson. Great, large rooms with stylish decor. The staff are always friendly and helpful."

"I was at Viscount Suites from 4/8-4/11/2026. The room was ok for cleanliness but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, TVs, and drapes are very much outdated. Everything in this hotel needs updated. The lights in the hallways are very dim."

"The hotel was okay. Furniture in our room had stains and the toilet was barely working properly. Has to hold the handle down during the entire flush cycle for it to actually flush. We didn't use any of the amenities or eat in the restaurant. We did have drinks in the lounge."
