Probably wasn’t a bad place in the 90’s. Rooms were not cleaned that great. The room thermostat didn’t work and apparently no one else’s did either. The breakfast was also terrible. I definitely won’t be back.

When we checked into our room it was freezing and cold air was blowing even though the thermostat indicated that the heat was on. When I went to the desk to let them know I was told that they were aware and that they couldn't get anyone out to fix it. The solution was to tell us to turn the fan off and offer extra blankets. It was miserable! Also, the area that is used for parties and receptions is in the center of the hotel. We needed to get up early and could not get to sleep because a party was going on right outside of our room. Definitely do not recommend.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints were that they did clean the room at all during my 4 day stay ( schedule said they clean on Saturday, but no one cleaned my room while I was out all day) and there was an issue with the wake up alarm going off every morning 3 times, starting at 4:56 am! I reported it 3 times, unplugged the phone, but it continued to go off from a non-working phone in the front room that could be unplugged. If they had told me it couldn’t be fixed ( which they said on the last day) I would have asked for another room. They kept saying it would be taken care of.

La habitacion no estaba limpia, tenia varias manchas en la alfombra, no habia suficiente jabon y shampoo en el baño. El personal del front desk al momento de hacer el check in no fue muy amable, contrario a los que me atendieron al siguiente dia en la manana (check-out) que si fueron amables. Desayuno perfecto. Estacionamiento sin problema alguno, suficiente espacio.

The hotel was older but refurbished and was clean. Rooms were spacious with good bed and linens. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast choice was disappointing with lukewarm spicy food / SW for breakfast. Breakfast staff just stood around and didn't refill coffee pot or add hot food, etc. One of my reasons for booking was because breakfast was included and wanted to start the day without having to stop our journey for food. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Overall the hotel was nice enough to stay there again, if the breakfast was better.

Staff was great but thr hotel, not so much. The smell reminded me of an old Vegas hotel. No smoking allowed but all you smell is old cigarette smoke and musty dank, moldy smell. Had to be transferred to a different room because there was a thick ring of rust around the taps in the bathroom. Some of the rust easily rubbed off onto a tissue which suggested that housekeeping hadn't tried to remove the rust. Plus there were streaks up on the baseboards and we concluded the room was just dirty. The "new" room didn't have rust around the faucets but water just pooled around the place where the faucets joined the vanity and the water would just spread. The faucet had lime residue which easily came off on a thumb nail, so again the housekeeping must not feel it necessary to use scouring powder. The tub had loads of rust and there was a layer of dust under the TV. Couldn't find the hairdryer where the reception said it was located so they found one for me. It is just a tired old hotel that does not get the TLC it is in dire need of. However, the staff at reception were so helpful under the circumstances and it is a shame that the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

The room had an extremely bad smell I’m not sure if it’s a cleaning solution they use or that it previously was a smoking room. The curtains outdated and the coffee pot very unclean I didn’t use it. I didn’t even undress I slept fully clothed. I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel. It wasn’t the carpet the floors looked beautifully installed but I felt unsafe we could tell it was an empty hotel plenty of rooms yet we were place in the last room at the end of the hall next too glass doors with slight opening between the two glass doors I definitely wouldn’t recommend I usually don’t leave reviews but I wouldn’t feel right if anyone got hurt or attacked there

Room floor had sunflower seeds all over it! I give a good review as the staff was so helpful. Esp Linda at the front desk.

Leaky faucets with pink scum on bathroom floor, live flies around the coffee pot, feces on side of toilet, urine stains around toilet, floor lamp bases were rusted, ceiling and walls had water damage. I could go on. They moved me to another room but was so disgusted do you think I stayed to eat the complimentary breakfast? Showed desk clerk pictures of room and she was horrified.
