「Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests. 」

「This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! 「 Our family was at the Aurora Inn for one night on our way to Pennsylvania; it was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early evening (with 2 hungry grandchildren). 「From the moment we arrived and got an early check in, to the minute we checked out this was an outstanding visit. 「Be aware since I didn't see it listed anywhere that this is a VALET only parking hotel. There is no regular parking. This does make it tough when you're on a time constraint BUT that being said the hotel was nice, the staff was great. 」
