The table lamp and bed side lamp were in wrong positions; they should be exchanged in their positions. The closet was inside the bathroom, which is very inconvenient when there are 2 or more people in the room. Closet should be outside the bathroom. This hotel was open only for ground-floor rooms, making it impossible to carry luggage in during the check-in process. There should be a sign at the hotel entrance to first check-in and then take luggage to your room from outside the hotel with car parked close to the ground floor room.

This is definitely my favorite place to stay in Williamsport. I always feel at home when I'm here♥️ and I get a lot of work done as well as some of the best rest ever. This King-size 👑 Bed is exactly what this 4feet11 Queen 👑 needs ... 😊 And The Staff is Absolutely Awesome!!! 😎 👍 😎 They take very good care of me. 🤗🤗🤗 I recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a Great Stay! 👍 Oh yeah ... And the Breakfast is Banginnnn Too! 😂 I need that Apple Juice 4Ever 😂 ... So come on by ... And don't forget to tell them 🗣️ 🗣️ 🗣️ Tonia Champagne sent ya 😉👏😉

The room was smelly, like stale weed or cigarette smoke. To get to breakfast, you had to go outside and walk, so it was hard to carry coffee back to your room.

I was very happy with the excellent stay during my two nights there. Annalise welcomed me when I arrived, and I found her and really all the staff I interacted with, including a sweet lady in housekeeping, exceptionally professional and friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and everything I used worked, which is always nice! Thanks for the great stay!

The mattresses in my room were awful! They need to be replaced for me to stay there again! I have NEVER slept on a mattress that bad. Really had a very difficult time sleeping.

I will be letting maintenance know about the mattresses in those two rooms you had rented. In a few months the property is going under minor renovations/updates. New mattresses are on that list! Good Value Clean Room
This hotel was converted to a Quality Inn. It is very clean and in a good location, near restaurants. Bed comfy, four pillows. Good value for the money.

The property was clean and had all the expected amenities. The beds were uncomfortable and the area was very noisy. There were dogs barking most of the night. I would not stay at this property again.

Staff very friendly. The pool was open. It appears that it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The water was green.The rugs were dirty. My white socks soles are black.Getting in or out the bed was so noisy. Will not come back.

No microwave or fridge in room, clerk did bring fridge. Remotes wouldn't operate tv. Only one trash can. Shower curtain too short, when you shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet and slick, and the carpet outside the bathroom gets wet about 2 foot out.
