「Smell like mold, animal urine the non smoking is SMOKING....RUN!!!!!」

「The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

「At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.」

「The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. 「I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay」
