"Dell and Sharol did an excellent job to make this place so welcoming. Their home cooked breakfast and fresh coffee together with the extra's such as umbrella's for the grand canyon, menu's of local restaurants next to the saddle made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The bed we had (El Tovar room) was home made by Sharol and was the most solid bed we ever slept in. "The hotel was nice. The bathroom was on the small side. The breakfast was good. On our last night it snowed and when we were getting ready to leave the next morning the ramp to the hotel was very slippery to go down with our luggage. It would have been nice if someone had shoveled the snow. We were thankful for the scrapers to remove the snow from our car and windows that were available at the front desk."

"Couldn't find the office to book in and no one in the complex at all. Address was right, but the lights were out. Stayed at another location that cost more than plan that night. Had a looked at this place in the daylight while moving on. It was the same in the daylight as it was at night and looked closed. Have photos, but no time to post them. "
