「I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. I have been assured by several employees that they checked the cameras on me around the hotel and found no pets and snacks. I am constantly told the manager needs to issue the...

「TERRIBLE!!
The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. Not even for one...

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...
