The rooms were very nice and clean. I will never go back do to the sound and noise level from the highway. All day and night. My husband and I never slept. I tried to change room's. No apology from the front desk. They give you ear plugs for your room. I was disappointed. Not acceptable for what you pay. Normally, Marriotts are wonderful, but i suggest you pay attention to where a hotel is located. They need more sound proof walls or windows need to be better insulated. Continental breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly and made certain i had a room with all the requested amenities. Only issue was the plugs and phone between the beds were inoperable. Use a medical device and has to improvise sleeping arrangement.

Our first floor room facing the highway was beyond loud. We tried to take a nap to no avail. We asked to have our room changed as the property was not busy and they refused because we booked in Expedia (third party). We ended up leaving after an hour as it was not ok.

So let me first say, my first night was a little crazy. At 3am, the fire alarms started going off and waking up to that from a dead sleep was awful. I ended up getting a migraine from the noise and flashing lights. I was staying alone so didn’t feel comfortable going out in the hall. I called the front desk to see if there was a fire and they said the alarm system just went off. In the reviews, I read a lot about the train noise. I didn’t notice that at all until getting woke up from the alarm. I couldn’t fall back asleep and every noise seemed extreme. The next two nights I slept great. Train didn’t bother me one bit! The staff here are amazing and the hotel was new and very clean. I felt safe there and loved the breakfast. It was really close to Sheppard AFB and also to downtown. I would definitely stay again!

Anyone giving this more than 1 star is doing a disservice . It is on the freeway, and so noisy that they actually supply ear plugs! Be warned if you plan to sleep! We left and found another hotel - a gigantic rip-off!

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at for this trip, this one was the nicest. I appreciate the fact that the lights were on in our room. The breakfast was good with something for everyone.

First off when you walk in you are greeted by some of the friendliest staff anywhere into one of the cleanest hotel lobbies I’ve ever been in. Check in went smooth and to top it off we were there on meet the manager night which included beer, wine and food at no cost. Then we woke up to one of the best breakfast settings I’ve had in a long time. They had cereal, waffles with tons of different toppings, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, B&G and much more. WOW!!! The only minus is some highway noise part of the night but the rest of the stay made this place a 10 .

Wonderful stay! Clean and fresh smelling hotel.
Great stay! The room was pleasant and smelled fresh and clean. I’m a light sleeper and read reviews before booking. Others mentioned hearing the train all night. All hotels in this area on 287 are right beside the railroad/train. Going in the direction we were traveling. The hotel offered face masks and ear plugs that were already in our room. It was not needed but thoughtful based on previous reviews. The only complaint was the pillows. They were soft and fluffy but became flat in the middle of the night with little support for a side sleeper. I forgot my pillow. That would not affect my decision to stay again. I would definitely recommend staying again and when we come back through this will be our first choice!
