"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"

"The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. "This being my third visit to Pelican, several of the staff I met earlier greeted me and it was almost like extended family. The physical layout was nice before and even better now. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious; it had a great kitchen and separate place to work at a desk. The quiet rooms and serene atrium are a peaceful contrast to the noise that fills much of the city and beyond. Service was great--the only improvement area is the front desk needs to have change available for people paying in cash (plus to provide for tips, etc.)."
