「The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. We were able to hear other guests in their rooms quite clearly, but other than that the inn was a comfortable stay. 」

「The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service. The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.」

「Staff was great. Parking was secure and room clean. Although wall unit heater was really loud and noisy but heated the room.」

「Room was not cleaned prior to showing up. Ended up checking in late due to long travel. Gave us attitude when we showed up and said he was going to charge us more for the late check in. 」

「The Quality Inn is near Comfort Inn, close to Burger King and please do not go thte restaurant opposite, they serve bad food and very bad customer service at the restaurant opposity. In respect to Quality Inn, there is no Breakfast served as advised by, rooms are not cleaned much, but I guess it is ok when you need where to sleep. The beddings and temperature are well maintained. Good TV and WiFi connection. Privacy is great!」

「From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. And we got free pool at the Pub & Grill and 20% off food. We had a fantastic stay and we'd stay there againg. 」

「There was a problem with the room we rented so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite which we really enjoyed. My son was so excited. The only issue was we had trouble with our toilet wouldnt always flush. Access to skiing was amazing, the outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch. Food was good. Staff were all amazing and kind. 」

「Everything about this lodge is great. Modern, spacious room, nice pool, good location. The only issue is the incredibly poor sound proofing between rooms, I mean next level bad. You can hear every step next door, even speaking at normal volume. Thankfully, our neighbours weren’t loud, but if they were, it would have ruined the trip. 」
